Finance Committee
Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To provide ongoing financial monitoring, support and guidance to the church and the Treasurer through regular reporting of financials and the annual creation of the church budget
The Finance Committee serves a critical role in stewarding the financial resources God has entrusted to our church. This team ensures that every dollar is used wisely and with integrity, so that the ministries of SMRBC and the Child Development Center can thrive in their mission to help people encounter God, grow in Christ, and share the Gospel.
Team members prayerfully compile the annual budget, monitor giving trends, review spending, and provide financial counsel to other committees and church leaders. Their work is not just about numbers—it’s about faithful stewardship that honors the Lord and supports the life-changing work of the church.
