About SMS
At Staples Mill Students, we long to see students' lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ in such a way that the only viable response would be to take this gospel into all the world. We pray that their faith will be built and strengthened upon the Word of God as the sole source of truth and authority in their lives. We hope to see students' relationships with others become avenues to bring glory to God through their growing relationship with Christ.
Sundays Mornings
Life Groups | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Staples Mill Students Life Groups meet in the Student Center (downstairs). We meet together as a whole group for the first few minutes where we will keep our students up to date on what is going on in our ministry, spend some time learning and praying about and for missions here and around the world and eat together at our once a month breakfast Sundays.
Then, we split into four different Life Groups based on grade level for sermon discussion & application.
Sunday Nights
Grow Groups | 6:30-8:00 PM
Our Grow Groups are gender and age specific small groups that implement Rooted, our 7-year discipleship strategy. These are great groups to connect with your peers and discover your IDENTITY rooted in Jesus alone, press on twards MATURITY in Jesus, and embrace your RESPONSIBILITY to Jesus.
Wednesday Nights
Large Group | 6:30-8:00 PM
On Wednesday nights we have some food, some hangout time, some games, and of course...look into God's Word together. You'll often find us journeying through books of the Bible, verse by verse, as we grow in our love for and knowledge of God together.
