Why I serve: I enjoy being around them and seeing their growth in the Lord.
Favorite Bible verse: Genesis 1:1-2 - "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters."
Fun fact: I like to eat watermelon with Old Bay sprinkled on it.

Why I think having a student ministry in the church is beneficial: Believers are found in all ages of the church. Learning to serve should also be happening in all ages of the church. Their age should not be something to be looked down on, instead, we should be teaching them how to serve and serving with them.
