Why I serve: I chose to serve in SMS because of my youth leaders and their investment in me. I want to do the same for our current youth.
Favorite Bible verse: Ephesians 2:8-9 - "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."

Why I think having a student ministry in the church is beneficial: It’s important that we are engaging the next generation with the gospel and equipping them with the tools/resources to grow in their faith, along with involving them in the mission of the church.
