Why I serve: Teens are my favorite people because of their passion and optimism. I wanted to help channel those traits toward their spiritual growth.
Favorite Bible verse: 1 Cor 6:11 - "And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."
Fun fact: I’m trying to visit all US National Parks (half way there)!

Why I think having a student ministry in the church is beneficial: Having a targeted ministry can more effectively equip students to withstand the craziness of this world. it also gives students a group where they can grow closer and have fun together.
