 AMB's Basket food pantry to help Henrico County Residents in need of food 
 assistance. SMRBC members have the opportunity to volunteer at the LAMB's 
 Basket on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM. (The
  pantry is open for clients from 10 AM – 12:00 PM). The Lamb's Basket is
  located just down Staples Mill Road at 8419 Oakview Ave.\, Henrico\, VA 2
 3228.\nWhat kind of things do volunteers do?\n\nStocking shelves\nProduce\
 , bread\, and dessert sorting\nFilling client bags\nAssisting clients with
  bags\nClean up office and warehouse\nFood pick-up\nComputer operator\nRef
 rigeration technician\n\nWhat should I wear?\nYou'll be working in a wareh
 ouse\, so make sure to wear clothes that can get a little dirty and closed
 -toe shoes!\nCan children help at the Lamb's Basket?\n\nVolunteers must be
  10 years of age and older. No children under 10 can be on the property.\n
 All volunteers ages 10-14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardia
 n during their entire time at the pantry.\nNo minor volunteer under the ag
 e of 14 may work in the front office or hall assisting clients with carryi
 ng food bags to their cars\nA medical release form is required for all vol
 unteers under the age of 18. (Click here to download &amp\; take with you 
 the first time)\n\nHow do I sign up?\n\nNo sign-ups are needed to voluntee
 r - you can just go and say you're from SMRBC. We would love to know you'r
